This Policy applies to Notifydoc App users including Sub-Merchants (organisers), delegates, presenters, and visitors. It also covers information received from backend partners. It does not apply to services not controlled by Keystone.

Bank Transfer registration fees are non-refundable. All cancellations must be emailed to info@keystonems.in. Approved refunds (online payments only) are returned to the original method within **5–7 business days**.
